Keys : The keys will be given by Maarten on arrival Parking at the property: Inside property – 2 spaces Simpson Travel Local Concierge Jonathan Spencer: 0033 612 061 778 DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO YOUR ACCOMMODATION: From Bordeaux airport (Approx. 1h45 driving time) • Follow signs for “ROCADE” (which means ring road) • Join Rocade (A630) towards ARCACHON - BAYONNE • Take Exit 15 towards SAINT SEBASTIEN - BAYONNE and join A63 • Exit the A63 autoroute at junction 10 • Follow directions to St Vincent-de-Tyrosse and Bayonne on the N10 • In the town centre of St Vincent-de-Tyrosse, turn right onto to the D112 signposted Tosse/Soustons/Seignosse. • The D112 takes you over the motorway. • About 1.5kms after crossing the motorway you will reach Tosse • At the D652 junction turn left towards Seignosse. • Almost immediately, bear left towards Saubion/ Angresse • After 400m, turn right into Rue de la Lande • After 100m, turn left into Rue du Hapchot • The house is on your right (no. 2) From Biarritz airport (Approx. 40 mins. driving time) • Leave airport and turn left at the roundabout • Continue straight over the next roundabout • At third roundabout, turn left to join the A63 motorway towards BORDEAUX • Follow A63 for approx. 15Km • Exit the autoroute A63 at junction 8 Capbreton / Benesse-Maremne • Go straight over the first roundabout towards Hossegor/Capbreton • At the next mini-roundabout turn right in the direction of Soorts/Angresse/Dax • Go through one roundabout then turn right at the 2nd roundabout direction Angresse/Dax • In the village of Angresse follow the road right (D33) direction St Vincent de Tyrosse • Slow down! A short distance after leaving the village of Angresse there is a small left turn on the D133 to Saubion (approx 2km) • Continue through Saubion village for about 1.5km before turning left onto the Rue de la Lande. • Turn immediately left onto Rue du Hapchot and the house will be on your right with a number 2 on the gate.
