Located in the heart of Magna Bay on a large 0.58 acre lot, making this an ideal vacay for Boating, Sledding and ATV enthusiasts. Bring your Toys on Trailers of any size with ease of parking as the driveway is a pull-through and plenty of room to park. RV's also welcome! (Please see Parking details under AMENITIES) Enjoy your very own Buoy, included when renting this home. Beach access to a nice private/shared beach, only 2 minute walking distance from the Property. Looking to rent a boat or Water Toy? This rental is conveniently just down the street from Magna Bay Boat Rentals! There is also a fire-pit in the yard to gather around with your favorite people!
Spoil yourself in this beautiful 3-Level Log Home, outfitted with everything you need for a cozy stay plus many extras! Multiple fans and TV's throughout the home and A/C for those hot summer days. Gather in the heart of the home - the Kitchen, on the spacious main floor that opens to the Living Room with a massive 86" TV and wood burning fireplace! The Master Bedroom is also situated on the main floor, with the main Bath/Laundry just down the hall and a single Futon Bed in the Sitting Area/Foyer. Walk out the Patio Doors to a big deck, BBQ, 2 patio tables, a Swing and ample seating for everyone. There is 2 more Bedrooms on the Upstairs floor and the 2nd Full Bathroom, plus another Family Room and Sitting Area, each with Sofa Beds. The Basement serves as the perfect place to entertain, equipped with a Bar and 2 built-in beer fridges, 2 fun Arcade Games and a Sectional Sofa Bed. You'll find 2 bedrooms here as well as the 3rd Full Bathroom and a room to hang your wet Sled Gear or Swim suits to dry!
All bedding, bath towels and everyday consumables provided for comfort and convenience! The kitchen is generously set up with all supplies needed to allow you to cook a meal for your family. Supplies we provide are BBQ propane, toilet paper, roll of paper towel, garbage bags, dish and hand soap, laundry soap and fabric sheets, dish scrubber, cleaner, coffee and filters, tea, sugar, flour, cooking oil, foil, food wrap and some common cooking spices.
Central to many amenities and things to do in the area! Beaches are always a highlight of your vacation and this property is only steps away from the beach! Just cross the Main highway and a 1 minute walk to the trail leading to the private/shared beach. The Anglemont Marina is a short Drive away as well, where they offer a store, boat slips, boat launch and water rentals. We are central to many other activities such as Fishing, Celista Winery, Hiking trails, Adams River Rafting, Snowmobiling, ATVing and of course...Shuswap Lake! Jump on the boat and take a cruise to the Floating store and Pub in the Narrows, a trip to Copper Island or even the Rope Swing!
SLEDDING - Crowfoot Mountain is one of BCs best kept Sledding destinations! Beautiful 20sq kilometers of back country riding with amazing views of the Shuswap Valley. Vast riding area with alpine and subalpine regions offering riding for all skill levels, intermediate to expert. 28km of marked, groomed and un-groomed trails with 3 day-use chalets. Elevation ranges from 1200m-2250m with an average snowfall of 14ft. This Vacation Rental is less than 10 minutes to the Crowfoot Staging Area!
