Ma Maison Acropolis Mansion Suite N° 7 is a unique suite with a private roof garden located in Mets, right in the heart of Athens. This is the right place if you want to discover the city. It is one of the most classy and sophisticated neighborhoods in Athens (often called as "Montmartre of Athens") with a lot of shops (supermarkets, bakeries, coffee shops, fruit markets, traditional Greek restaurants, pharmacies, etc.). The suite is situated in a fully renovated grand neoclassical house with high ceilings. The 115m² first floor has one living room, one dining room, one kitchen, one big hallway, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is an extra bedroom of 25m² (the fourth) located on the roof garden, which has an ensuite bathroom that is separate from the first floor suite. Just in front of the house there is an archaeological site, the temple of Artemis Agrotera. It has balconies back and forth and big openings with fantastic unobstructed views of Acropolis, Temple of Zeus, National Garden, Zappeion, Filopappou and Lycabettus Hills from the interior of the suite. Another unique feature is the private roof garden that can be accessed through an external staircase and offers the best views in Athens. You can come very easily from the airport through Metro network. There is also a link through the Metro network from the port of Piraeus. Acropolis metro station is 500 meters away. Let’s see the details: • Private roof garden (90 square meters),with fantastic unobstructed views of Acropolis, Temple of Zeus, National Garden, Zappeion, Filopappou and Lycabettus Hills. It has 2 loungers, a big corner sofa and a chaise longue where you can relax and enjoy your cocktails watching the beautiful sunset, • Comfortable Italian design sofa and armchair. All the above can be enjoyed in a relaxing atmosphere with the help of the led spot lighting, • Four smart TVs, one in every bedroom, • Strong Wi-Fi high speed internet for you (+285 Mbps), • Central autonomous natural gas heating system with radiators, • 5 Air Conditions, • Instant use of hot water through natural gas, • Security door, smoke and carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, • Modern kitchen with electrical appliances such as fridge with freezer, oven with hobs, coffee machines (Nespresso and filter), toaster, boiler. There are pots and cutleries, dishes, glasses, teapot, coffee kit and coffees (Nespresso and filter), sugar, tea (special kinds of Greece), • 3 Bathrooms with shower cabins (one of the bathrooms has jetted shower cabin), • Hairdryer, • 3 Bedrooms with a queen size double beds with anatomic mattresses, pillows and all-weather quilts. Below you will find some rules for your stay in our suite. Please make sure that you have understood everything and will act accordingly:
• Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
• No parties or any type of events.
• In case you want to have someone else invited in the property we have to be informed in advance in order to give permission.
• No pets.
• Kids must never be left unattended anywhere that could put them in danger.
• When you leave the suite, you have to make sure that every door or window iscompletely closed and put the alarm in away mode through the remote control that you will be given. This has to be done for security purposes. If you leave any of the above open, you will be responsible for anything that may happen. The remote control has two buttons. You set the alarm on by pressing the locked padlock and you set it off by pressing the unlocked padlock.
• When you leave the suite, you have to make sure that you haven't left anything on. This is for safety reasons mainly as well as for environmental purposes. Specifically, you have to turn off all the lights, all the A/Cs, the oven and the kitchen stove, the air absorber, the dishwasher and the washing machine and any other electrical appliance that is on.
• During the night you are advised to close the balcony doors and the windows of the apartment. This has to be done for security reasons. Athens generally is a safe city but we have to be careful.
• Do not throw toilet paper or anything else (feminine hygiene products, wipes etc.) in the toilet. Additional basket bags are left in the apartment in order to change them as frequently as you like.
• The quiet hours are from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 07:00.
• In case of an emergency you evacuate the building from the main door of the suite or the secondary door in the kitchen. The key for the kitchen door is in the red box mounted on the wall next to the door. It will be used in case of emergency in the unlikely event that you can't use the front exit at Meletiou Piga street (east side). You will break the glass using the metal hammer that is attached to the box. You will find one key for the kitchen door and one for the lock of the metal green door at the ground level on the west side of the building.
