Prepare to relax in the ultimate luxury of South Texas ranch style sophistication at the Three B Ranch. No detail is spared, from entering through the rustic, double stacked rock columns and automatic wood gate entrance, to the natural beauty of the meticulously manicured and mature oak filled acreage.
The crown jewel of this sprawling property however, is the 3,834+ SF compound comprised of a 2,384+ SF main residence and 1,500 SF Party Barn entertainment center. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath home’s design is infused with a French Colonial and Texas German style, creating a sophisticated, yet warm feel. Abundant natural light and fresh air flow through the welcoming abode courtesy of 15 sets of elegant French doors. Detail was paramount in the design from the custom doors and shutters, to the long-leaf pine floors, ceiling beams, and columns.
The gourmet kitchen is open to the dining room, as well as the living area, making it the quintessential entertainer’s kitchen. A generously long and spacious bar showcases a stunningly unique long-leaf pine top, while the same rich pine completes the kitchen floors.
