Picturesque three-story southern colonial / plantation style home nestled in the trees on a 4 acre luxury estate property ... conveniently located to most major roads in the Dallas area. You will enter this property through a private gated and tree-lined drive where you will arrive at your beautiful home-away-from-home stately manor that includes a main house of 5000+ sq ft with every amenity you would want for your well-deserved getaway including: sleeping for 8+ people, 5 ½ baths, formal dining, full gourmet kitchen (including 3 ovens), sauna, workout room, pool table, ping pong/table tennis, indoor & outdoor & pool basketball, office space, laundry room, and much more. TVs, cable & wifi throughout.
The outdoors is equally sure to please with beautiful canvases as far as the eye can see….various vignettes are scattered throughout the property, both sunny & shady…..palm trees, a large heated swimming pool featuring both basketball & volleyball, koi pond, tiki hut, private woods with a fishing pond (season/water dependent), porches & balconies, and so much more! There is literally something for everyone! The kids can even enjoy a little fishing or exploring in the woods! Outdoor entertaining is delightful with outdoor living & cooking areas just as luxurious as everything else.
Planning a wedding? This could be just the spot… we have hosted several weddings… our favorite by far is outdoor weddings underneath the canopy of mature trees, complete with candles & mini lights galore! (We do suggest serving the cake indoors due to the fragility of wedding cakes!)
This truly one-of-a-kind home is our family home and we love sharing it with others! We are certain that you too will adore and enjoy our private and secluded oasis! If you are a fan of the TV show Dallas, Southfork is only a few minutes away!
The home features 4 bedrooms. There are two master bedrooms, one on the first floor & another on the second floor. The first floor master features a spacious ensuite bathroom complete with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, and seating areas for relaxation. The second floor master features an adjoining full bath with a large balcony overlooking the property. There are two additional bedrooms with bathrooms, one on each floor & each also having their unique features (private balcony or private courtyard).
The gourmet kitchen is large and perfect for entertaining. There’s plenty of granite countertop space with a wraparound bartop off the island for casual meals as well as a kitchen table for additional seating. We have comfortably fed 12+ in this casual dining area.
There are many relaxing common areas in the house…whether it’s the billiard room, the family room, or the rec room, you will find plenty of fun spots…or you just might find yourself nestled in one of the comfy window seats on the third floor with a good book overlooking the beautiful grounds… unless you’d rather sit outdoors on one of the four balconies of this home with views to die for (on the second or third story)… or maybe it will be that porch swing on the front porch! There is also an indoor fireplace for cool nights, which we seldom use…we’d rather be outside at one of the firepits roasting hotdogs & s’mores!

Bedrooms:
1. Master Bedroom (1st floor) with King bed, attached spacious ensuite bathroom – separate shower & bathtub and two vanities.
2. Second Master Bedroom (2nd floor) with King Bed & large private balcony, attached full bath with shower and bathtub.
3. Guest Room with Queen bed & large private balcony (2nd floor), attached full bath with shower and bathtub.
4. Second Guest Room with Queen bed (1st floor) and full bath directly across hall. This room opens onto a private courtyard.
Need more sleeping space? There’s plenty of room, etc… sofas, air mattresses, etc.
All guests must be registered & pre-approved. No other guests on the premises without prior written consent from property owner or property manager.
Special events must also be pre-approved in writing by the property owner or property manager. Additional fees may apply.
Check out time is 11am. For every hour past 11am, unless prior authorization, you are subject to a late fee of $200 per hour past 11am. Check in time is 5pm.
