Welcome to Veranda 4B, a luxury 3-bedroom residence in the Los Suenos Resort. Our Veranda Community is a wonderfully situated Costa Rica accommodation as it allows for easy access to all of the resort’s amenities. Veranda is located by the Los Suenos Golf Course, just 200 yards away from many bars, restaurants, and within walking distance to the Marina (3 min).
Boasting Spanish tropical architectural design, the Veranda homes offer 2,200 square feet of interior living space and large covered terraces from which to enjoy the fairway and rainforest views. The terraces are also a wonderful place to enjoy some yoga in the morning or some drinks in the evening, under the Costa Rican sun. Outdoor amenities include five swimming pools, Jacuzzis, and barbeque areas, as well as an air-conditioned gym and lush landscaping. If you choose this Costa Rica accommodation, you will make memories to last a lifetime.
Guests can enjoy the exclusive use of three infinity-edged, cascading swimming pools, as well as sun decks, barbecue areas, tropical Costa Rican gardens with water features and charming carriage houses for golf-cart use and storage. The Beach Club at Los Sueños and is designed for the exclusive enjoyment of our guests. It is one of the top-class amenities that the resort features. The $3 million, 2-acre facility features a wonderful, free-form swimming pool and jacuzzi, as well as shower and change facilities, expansive decks, fountains, a swim-up bar and an elevated, pristine white sand beach with sun umbrellas and a spectacular view of Los Sueños Marina and Herradura Bay. This is the perfect place for a family to spend time together and to make memories to last a lifetime. Los Sueños residents have the right to reserve the facility for private functions, including cocktails, weddings, family reunions and business meetings.
The area of Playa Herradura that surrounds the resort is a simple “Tico Community”. Playa Jaco is one of Costa Rica’s largest beach communities, located about 10 minutes from the Bella Vista Community. There are over 40 restaurants, bars, banks, large supermarkets and shopping, something for all the family to enjoy.
The airport is about an hour away from Los Suenos Resort. Rental Cars are available near the airport or after you arrive in Jaco. Taxis are always available from the resort. Exceptional villas dedicated concierge team would be happy to assist with transfers or rentals for your stay.
The Los Sueños Marina is the only government sanctioned marina operating in Costa Rica. With 200 wet slips, 100 dry slips, fuel dock, and full-time staff the Los Sueños Marina is the ultimate full-service port for many luxury sport fishing boats and luxury yachts. Its wet slips accommodate vessels from 30 to 180 feet in length, while the dry storage spaces accommodate vessels under 35 feet in length.
Los Sueños World Class 200-slip Marina is strategically located near the most productive fishing grounds on the Pacific coast. Sport Fishing, tours and water sports are provided.
This area offers a wide range of culinary alternatives. From casual restaurants with local gastronomy on the beach to delicious cuisine at the resort with extravagant fine dining menus. If you go out fishing, you can take your catch to one of the restaurants and have it prepared in many different ways.
