Its location near the city center, with lovely panoramic views of the surrounding area and the sea view, are offering tranquillity and serenity. Villa Lidija is the optimal place for families or young groups of people, consisting of 5 bedrooms , each with own bathrooms. The interior of the villa is decorated in a modern and comfortable style, with all the necessary amenities for a carefree holiday. The ground floor consists of 1 bedroom, a fully equipment kitchen, a large living room with direct acces on large outdoor swiming pool. There are also two bathrooms. The modern open plan kitchen/dining/living area, has a large fireplace, ideal for lovely cosy family evenings. The living area has a direct access to the outdoor area and 60 m2 large pool. On ground floor is a play room with biliard and football table.
The first floor consists of 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and separate wardrobe room.
The second floor consist od 1 bedroom with seaparate beds with own living area, bathroom, small kitchen and balcony. The balcony offers a direct access to the balcony which offers a lovely panoramic view of the city and sea. There is plenty of space to spend around the large and inviting, pool to sunbathe and relax. The outdoor dining area, offers a place where you can enjoy your family evenings, trying out local dishes prepared on the BBQ.
