THE SPACE
Villa Leni is a one story villa and a part of the small family resort which proudly commands views over the mountains and the valley to the Adriatic Sea. It provides a quiet and comfortable ambience for those who seek some quality time with friends and family.
Beautiful mountain and sea views are best enjoyed from the impressive pool (7m x 4m) or Jet pool and extensive terraces. Enjoy sunbathing, chilling on the large outdoor sofa or having a BBQ and dining alfresco on the iron and marble topped dining table. Have a Cocktail on the terrace whilst the sun goes down and then enjoy the evening fun further with a dip in the Jet pool!
There is an additional outdoor WC and shower for your convenience.
The villa’s open plan interior with comfortable sofas faces a picture window overlooking the pool and valley to the Adriatic Sea. Satellite TV, bluetooth speaker, Wi-Fi and air-conditioning throughout are for your comfort and relaxation. A separate guest cloakroom is just off the lounge area.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle and crockery to enable you to cook a dinner party or the essential BBQ. The addition of a 'wine fridge' and an ice-machine to keep your drinks chilled is just a luxury. There is also a breakfast bar with 6 stools so you can all dine together. Laundry facilities are found in an outhouse at the rear of the villa.
Villa Leni sleeps 6 guests comfortably. The 3 large bedrooms are complete with quality cotton linen and are all en-suite. From the two Master rooms you can wake up in the morning, walk directly onto the terrace for an early morning swim or for breakfast, all with the most incredible view to dream of.
Pool heating is included in the cooler months but in July and August it can be offered at £15 per day. Please note the pool will not be filled from the end of November until beginning of April, as it is not possible to heat in the winter months unless requested.
The villa is part of an ongoing building development - no work is carried out on our development in the summer months but there may be light work carried out on properties in the area.
GUEST ACCESS
The manager will be there to meet and greet you. However, for the late arrivals, a key safe is available, with code and contact numbers given after booking.
We have also designed a brochure that is updated annually, tantalizing you with ideas of places to visit, complete with maps and directions! Places that are a bit off the beaten track and that the regular tourist won’t know about. We have ideas and tips for excursions, beaches and restaurants and sporting activities that have been recommended by the owner or previous guests. Ideal pool-side reading!
The owner will not be on the premises whilst guests are staying but there will be a property manager to meet and greet you and answer any enquiries.

All linen is included.
Bedding and towels changed on request or after a 1 week stay.
Bathroom and pool towels are provided but NOT beach towels.
Price includes service/cleaning charge. Plus we offer a complimentary 2 hour mini housekeeping service once per week, servicing the kitchen, lounge and bathrooms.
On request we can provide an additional bed, large baby travel cot, high chair and baby car seat.
We can also offer a babysitting service, if staff is available. There is a small additional cost charged.

We do not have any public transport and so are not suitable for non drivers.
