Our villa, which is 200m walking distance to the sea, very close to Cesme center and the marina, is waiting for you in an immaculate way. Although you are close to everywhere in Cesme due to its location, you will never want to leave the house..
Every fine detail has been considered for a pleasant holiday in our 5+2 villa with a sea view, surrounded by greenery, where you cannot be seen, and with full privacy.
It invites you to pleasant summer evenings by integrating with a very pleasant garden use, a large pool and an open kitchen in the garden.
Place
Our villa is 360m2 in total, on a 500m2 plot, with 3 floors. There is a large poolwith a size of 15*4m with waterfall.
The landscaped garden provides a pleasant use in combination with the open kitchen. This kitchen has a pizza oven and barbecue. The open kitchen is connected to the patio area with a table and seating for 8 people, which is adjacent to the pool. Here you can spend pleasant afternoon coffees, evening meals and pool time.
In the garden, it's never too swelteringly hot thanks to the famous wind of Cesme. But since our back is the hill, this wind is never too disturbing.
There are 5 rooms and 2 living rooms. The main living room on the ground floor has an American kitchen and opens onto the patio area. This very spacious living room has a giant screen TV, premium sound system and fireplace. In the lower floor hall, there is a projection cinema system, sports equipment, table tennis, sauna and family games. This place is very enjoyable for children and sports enthusiasts.
3 rooms are on the top floor, 1 room is on the ground floor and 1 room is on the bottom floor. All of our 5 rooms have air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. There are 5 bathrooms and 1 toilet in total. The master bathroom includes a jacuzzi tub. Total bed capacity is 14 people. There is a baby bed. Our beds are ergonomic and of high quality. You can rest easy about their cleaning and comfort. 3 rooms have balconies and each balcony has a balcony table/seating set. Two of the balconies have a view of the sea and the marina, and the other has a view of the green area.
All items are of the best quality and are in zero setting. Kitchen utensils, down to the smallest detail, have been fully thought out. There are Franke built-in white goods, a toaster, coffee and tea machine, dinner set for 12 people...
There is an automatic over-door garage for 1 car.
The garden and pool are well maintained. If requested, daily cleaning or breakfast can also be provided.
Our villa is in a very safe area, there are also systems such as alarm, camera and automatic blinds in the house. The camera can be turned off if desired.
