Conveniently located in the small town of Culver, Indiana, this property is minutes away from the beautiful Lake Maxinkuckee. This home is a gem hidden in the woods. Being a quarter mile drive off the main road, you will truly feel secluded and detached from the fast-paced hustle of everyday life -- giving you an opportunity to spend quality time with those who matter most around you. The owner, being an avid animal enthusiast, has plenty of livestock roaming the property, including a plethora of birds and farm animals. Given the opportunity to observe these animals in their natural habitat, you will be reminded to appreciate life from a simpler time.
When designing this state-of-the-art space, the owner was very intentional about creating a home in which family and friends can spend quality time together, while maximizing the space for everyone to be housed comfortably. The home is designed in a "Loft" style, meaning that it comes equipped with one master bedroom, and 3 elevated loft-style sleeping spaces. There is also a living space in the above-ground basement studio that allows for larger families to gather and enjoy their quiet weekend getaway. The bedroom and lofts all come with private balconies, so you can take in the sights and sounds of the day from the comfort of your sleeping quarters. The home also comes fully equipped with 3 flat screen TVs (Dish included).
Aside from all the wonderful amenities this home has to offer, a majority of your time will be spent enjoying the wrap around deck that gives you a 360 view of the home and it's facilities.
