Situated on 2.5 acres in North Scottsdale, this new build offers unobstructed mountain views just 15 minutes north of Scottsdale Quarter & Kierland. This beautiful home features 5,800 square feet, 5 bedrooms, and 7 bathrooms - including a gorgeous primary suite with a seating area and huge walk-in closet with a second washer and dryer, walk-in shower with dual shower heads, soaking tub, and doors that open directly to the backyard hot tub. The attached guest suite has access to a private entrance, and a mudroom with a coffee bar and mini fridge.
You enter the home to 14-foot ceilings and a stunning view of the backyard through the 20-foot custom fully automated sliding patio doors that retract into the wall. A spacious open floor plan family room boasts an 85" TV with 7.1 surround sound and a gas fireplace. This home was built to enjoy indoor-outdoor living with a nearly 600 square foot patio with a seating area around a gas fireplace with 75" in flat-screen TV. A built-in BBQ with a 48" professional DCS grill and side burner, GMG Smoker, full-size sink, and a full-size mini fridge. The 20,000 gallon saltwater pool and hot tub are perfect for lounging, and the pool can be heated ($125/day). A large 400 sq ft sundeck off the pool features four resort-style lounge chairs with umbrellas and tables.
