FESTIVALS
The town of Telluride is known for its vibrant festival scene, including the Telluride Bluegrass Festival (June), Telluride Jazz Festival, Telluride Film Festival (August) and Blues and Brews (September). Mountain Village “Music on the Green,” is a free summer concert series that takes place on Friday evenings from May through September at Reflection Plaza. It doesn't get much better than jamming out to live music in a setting like Telluride and Mountain Village. The Telluride festivals are only a gondola ride away.
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
In the summers you can enjoy the Telluride Golf Course and endless activities unique to the magical San Juan Mountains. The Great Room spills into the dining room and sunken kitchen/bar area, equipped with a gas fireplace, stunning designer furniture and counter seating overlooking the kitchen — cozy but spacious and perfect for social gatherings. The wrap around deck brings the magic of the San Juans in and boasts a cozy fireplace and ample seating for al fresco dining. Also located off the Great Room is a powder room and a spacious guest suite with a king bed, en suite full bath and a private outdoor space.
KITCHEN
Marvel in the newly renovated chefs kitchen overlooking the living and dining area with access to the wrap around deck and large gas grill. Providing state of the art appliances, a breakfast bar and endless counter space, the kitchen is sure to be a main gathering spot for your group. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you could need to create a 5 star meal (including multiple pantries and 2 full size refrigerators and dishwashers!) and is perfect for buffet-style set ups for all kinds of events or intimate family gatherings for any holiday or special occasion. Don't worry about lugging any kitchen items with you on your travels — Korth Vista Chalet comes fully stocked with all the essentials such as coffee, snacks and pantry staples like pasta, baking ingredients, spices, cooking oil and more!
PRIMARY SUITE & GUEST SUITES
The primary suite and 2 additional guest suites are located on the upper level of the home, all equipped with their own private full baths and walk in closets. As an added bonus for your guests, one of the suites on this level has its own kitchenette and staircase leading downstairs to the mud room by the garage — offering complete privacy if desired. The luxurious primary suite includes a formal sitting area with a gas fireplace and an expansive ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub that ensures total relaxation after a long day on the slopes. Need to work remotely? No problem, as the upper level also includes a fully equipped office space.
MEDIA ROOM, GYM & SAUNA
The lower level of the home offers a media room with an 80 inch smart TV and large sectional sofa, as well as a wet bar equipped with a beverage refrigerator, ice maker and dishwasher. Down the hall is a multi-use gym/yoga room with weights and yoga mats, in addition to your own private European style sauna room seating up to eight (8) people and a separate steam room. Just steps away is a full size laundry room (there is one on every level!) adjacent to the custom ski locker/mud room leading to the private outdoor hot tub with direct access to the Bridges ski run for skiing, hiking and biking. Additionally, the bunk-room with four (4) custom twin beds and a full bath is located just off of the media room — perfect for the kiddos!

PARKING
Parking is available in the garage and throughout the driveway area. All-wheel drive vehicles with good tires are recommended during the winter months on the main road, although the driveway is completely level — offering peace of mind during those iconic Telluride snow storms!

There is a free Gondola that connects Mountain Village with Telluride. It’s unique in that it's one of the only free public transportation gondolas in North America. The gondola ride offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and is a popular way for visitors and locals to travel between the two towns, especially for skiing, hiking, dining, and shopping.
Korth Cottage is located adjacent to Korth Vista Chalet. Korth Cottage can be booked separately but can also be added to Korth Vista Chalet in case the group consists of more than 12 people. The Cottage sleeps 4 comfortably, to make it a total of 16 people. Contact us if you would like to combine the two properties.
