Brand new luxurious home with amazing amenities on the outskirts of Park City in Hideout, UT. The breathtaking views of the Deer Valley ski runs, Jordanelle reservoir and beautiful peaks of the Wasatch Mountains are hard to beat! Whether you’re visiting for relaxation or adventure, the amazing views you’ll experience are certain to be one of the most memorable aspects of your stay.
This newly constructed high-end home is ready for visitors who expect and appreciate luxury. Key features include indoor fireplace, hardwood floors throughout 1st and 2nd floors, full kitchen featuring stainless appliances and high-end quartz countertops. Master bedroom includes an ensuite with walk in closet and spacious stand up shower. As well as its own entrance to the 2nd floor balcony.
The home consists of three floors with the Master bedroom and bathroom on the main living floor and the other 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor all featuring incredible views. All bedrooms are furnished with smart TV’s. The home sleeps 8 people in total with 1 king bed in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. The 3rd floor living area also features a Queen size pull out sofa bed. Bedrooms are richly appointed with high-end linens and bedding as well as Casper tempur-pedic mattresses sure to bring you a great nights sleep after your daily adventures.
Kitchen includes all of the kitchen features you will need to feed and entertain your family with a gourmet gas stove, crock pot, insta pot, plenty of dishes and utensils. There are two separate seating areas in the home for you to relax and connect with your family and friends, also providing convenient separation for kids and adults.
When the weather permits, there is no better place to enjoy the amazing views than from the outdoor balconies on floors 2 and 3, both furnished with new and comfortable outdoor furniture.
An entertainment room on floor three includes entertainment options for every taste, with board games, card games, as well as a fooseball table and a large 65-inch TV. There are 3 large screen TVs in the property and 2 others in the bedrooms upstairs, setup with all of the streaming apps, as well as Direct TV. Fast internet for streaming is of course available on every floor.
For winter sport enthusiasts, the property is conveniently located just outside of Park City, UT, minutes away from Deer Valley and other ski resorts. If you’re skiing in Deer Valley, you will want to take advantage of the east-side lift and parking area only 10 min from the property. The large 2-car garage is fitted with racks for skis and snowboards, and even includes boot-warmers!
For summer adventurers, Jordanelle reservoir is just 5 minutes down the hill. There are also hundreds of miles of hiking and mountain biking trails in the Wasatch and Uinta mountains that surround the property.
