With nearly 8 acres and 300 ft lakefront, it is perfect if you love to enjoy the outdoors outside or take it all in from the inside. Tucked into the verdant landscape of 100-foot oak trees and acres of manicured grass and gardens, this unique property is cozy enough for a family but can handle small gatherings as well as larger yet intimate corporate events and weddings. The open layout, with long expanses of windows over three levels, features soaring cedar ceilings, custom flooring and five grand floor to ceiling marble and stone fireplace fronts.
This custom home designed by a world- famous architect, was carefully thought out to bring the gorgeous views of nature inside with panoramic windows in every room of the house. What makes this house even more extraordinary is the natural fieldstone work throughout. Every room in the house is very spacious and recently updated with all new finishes and furnishings.
The curved floating staircase upward leads to a very private master suite with large in-suite bath, a walk-in-closet, and a separate office. A bridge leads to two bedrooms with queen beds. The stairs downward lead to the exquisite ceiling to floor window, lake-front great room with two adjacent bedrooms and a spa with a steam room for 8. There’s also a kitchen area and entertainment deck with a lighted ping pong area.
The kitchen makes it easy to host fabulous dinner parties with two dishwashers, two full size sinks, an eight (8) burner gas top stove, wide double wall oven, walk-in pantry, double sided refrigerator, sous chef area, freezer and under the counter microwave. Beautiful natural quartzite stone counters with a large island that can seat 6.
The Gourmet Kitchen has its own spacious living area with cathedral cedar ceiling, 2 crystal and rod iron chandeliers, and floor to ceiling windows and panoramic windows facing east which makes for a delightful show of the sun in the morning and the moon dance at night.
The formal dining room has a floor to ceiling fieldstone fireplace with two grotto entrances, elegant crystal chandelier and seats 12 dinner guests very comfortably.

The lakeside area also includes two separate granite waterfront porches. One of the porches includes a chef’s 10 burner grill and the other a stone fire pit with a brilliant sun set view.
There is also a private boat launch that accommodates boats, jet skis and pontoon boats.
With a sculptural staircases, rich ambiances, and stunning outdoor views through oversized widows, lake views are available from every room. Wildlife including deer, Sand Hill Cranes and waterfowl of every kind are seen daily.
