San Benito is a stunning luxury vacation rental house situated on a spacious 1600 m2 property, complete with a private heatable pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna. It comfortably accommodates 6 to 13 guests.
Conveniently located in Los Realejos, just an 8-minute walk from the city center and a short 10-minute drive to various beaches, this property exceeds all expectations. Originally built in 1950, it underwent renovations in 2009 and was further expanded and completely refurbished in the summer of 2015. Additional improvements were made in May 2020, ensuring a truly exceptional experience. The house seamlessly blends its traditional charm, boasting exquisite wooden floors and stucco, with a modern and luminous ambiance.
Spanning a total floor space of 523 m2, all rooms within the house are exceptionally spacious. Upon entering, you'll find a modern kitchen accessible from the initial hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with new, modern electrical appliances, including a large refrigerator/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, and various small appliances such as a coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Adjacent to the kitchen, a well-equipped gym has recently been added. The laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and dryer, is located just behind the kitchen. No detail has been overlooked, ensuring that everything you could possibly need is readily available.
A long corridor leads to the left, guiding you into the 18 m2 dining room, furnished with a modern dining table. Continuing along, you'll enter one of the spacious living rooms, measuring 40 m2. Satellite TV and Netflix are available. From the living room, you can access the new bedroom with a double bed and a direct view of the garden. An adjoining smaller space, measuring 19 m2, features a new pool table. In close proximity, you'll find a modern bathroom with a shower. Next to it is one of the bedrooms, nearly 20 m2 in size, equipped with satellite TV, a double bed, an optional additional single bed, and a spacious closet. This bedroom also offers a direct view of the garden.
To reach the first floor, ascend the wide wooden staircase. Here, you'll discover four large bedrooms. The master bedroom, spanning 39 m2, boasts a generous double bed, three ample closets, a jewelry cabinet with a mirror, and a satellite TV. From the master bedroom, you can directly access the terrace, where you'll find a Jacuzzi and sauna, always ready for use and conveniently covered. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a bathroom with a bathtub, followed by another bedroom measuring 18 m2, furnished with two single beds.
The subsequent bedroom is a spacious family bedroom, consisting of a large bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
