The main spaces of the MAIN HOME:
- A luxurious open LIVING SPACE that’s newly renovated and well-decorated. The living room has a comfortable sofa and an 80" Smart TV with Apple TV connected. It’s a wonderful spot for relaxing downtime moments at home.
- The DINING TABLE is nestled in an area surrounded by windows where light permeates the space and makes for cheerful meal times. At night, you can enjoy a peaceful sit-down dinner at home with loved ones.
- There’s a fantastic FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with high-end appliances like a modern in-drawer slide-out microwave, a large sub-zero refrigerator, a Keurig coffee maker, plus, quality cookware, utensils, and everything you’d need to prepare meals at home. The home is about 14 miles from the Ft. Lauderdale International Airport (FLL). There is parking on the driveway at the home.
Other Things to Note:
*NO PARTIES or EVENTS. It's a quiet neighborhood, so noise and music need to be kept to adequate levels, especially in the evenings, to be respectful of our neighbors.
Please note that there are surveillance devices such as a ring doorbell w/camera, on the exterior of the back patio a soffit camera, and one on the studio entrance capturing the gate.
There are two large white gates in the front and rear of the property that are off-limits to guests. Please refrain from trying to open them.
We provide a few essentials to get you started, like dish soap, paper towels, trash bags in all trash cans, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, and some laundry detergent. We also provide hand soap, body soap, shampoo and conditioner. Please note these items are not replenished.
A mid-stay extra cleaning service is available at an additional fee. Just let us know in advance.
Pets are allowed under special circumstances. Please notify us at booking to get approval. A pet fee will apply.
Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation or upon arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
We kindly ask all guests to abide by these HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted, and excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 p.m to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval at booking. A pet fee applies.
Interaction with Guests:
It’s a self-check-in property using an electronic keypad. All necessary codes and instructions will be provided before your arrival.
