This gorgeous lakefront home is perfect for your family, business or ministry team to have a relaxing and fun gathering. It is everything you would hope a lake house to be and everything you would expect of a luxury vacation home to have. During Prime Rental Season (June-August) the rental week runs from Saturday-Saturday.The home has a beautiful master suite with a king size four poster log bed with a gorgeous master bath which includes His and hers vanity, Jacuzzi tub, and slate floors. A flat screen TV compliments this room along with access to a screened porch which overlooks Lake Hartwell. There is a second King bedroom on the garden level with its own bath. This room hosts a canopy mahogany king bed along with a TV and walk-in closet. On the top level, there are 3 bedrooms: One bedroom is decorated with 4 queen handcrafted log beds. Custom drapes and quilts make it cozy and elegant. Private bath with shower. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen along with two twin mattresses on the floor. Separate bath with shower is directly across the hall. 3rd bedroom has 4 canopy queen beds with black and white damask drapes. Private bath with shower. 13 beds total: 2 kings, 9 queens, 2 twins. Gourmet kitchen with large fridge, 8 burner gas stove top, double ovens, warming drawer and double dishwashers. A second fridge is located right off the kitchen in the Laundry room. Beautiful slate tile floor and a granite island make it perfect for cooking large meals and making memories for a lifetime. The kitchen is well furnished with pots and pans, coffeemaker, keurig, mixer, baking dishes and dishes for large groups. Seating: Bar with 5 stools, kitchen table that seats 10, Gate-leg Table that seats 6 and seating on the screen porch for 14. Screen porch across the length of the back of the house overlooks the lake with chaise lounger, hammock and extra seating. Grill with propane provided. The Garden Level also boasts a large sitting area with a flat screen TV, multiple sofas, and a pool table. If that's not enough, this house also hosts a theater room that seats 12 with a 73" TV for your viewing pleasure of movies or group presentations. This room will be enjoyed by all after a full day enjoying the water.
The 1.5 acre lot hosts a private dock that can accommodate your boat for the week, along with access to swimming and fishing. There is not a hoist or slip to use for a boat but there are plenty of cleats to tie up on along the sides of the dock. There is a jet ski covered ramp for those who would like to bring a couple jet skis. Be sure to bring your Fishing Poles.
Chances are you will want to spend most of your waking hours outside enjoying this little piece of heaven so at the end of the day pull up one of our Adirondack chairs and enjoy the custom built fire pit. This is the perfect setting for story telling and extra fellowship while roasting hot-dogs and marshmallows. Some of your greatest memories will be made around the fire. Firewood is provided. This home has been used for family gatherings, company team meetings and ministry groups. Proximity to the following areas: Clemson - 55 miles, Atlanta Hartsfield Airport - 115 miles, Greenville - 67 miles and UGA - 53 miles. Therefore, there is NO SMOKING permitted anywhere on the property to protect you, the home, neighbors and the environment. Violation of no smoking policy will forfeit their rental fees, security deposit, and be asked to leave.THERE IS EXTERIOR VIDEO SURVEILLANCE AT THIS PROPERTY.
