We open our home to just a few guests each year to keep the experience personal and high quality.
This is a well-loved home - ideal for travelers who appreciate comfort, thoughtful touches, and a peaceful base to explore Switzerland.
Welcome to our luxurious, modern two bed apartment in the suburb of Zurich City with excellent connections to Zurich Airport and to explore Swiss mountains and lake side towns.

Both rooms have blackout curtains, remote Velux blinds and their own standing fan for summer nights. Crisp cotton linen means everyone can sleep past sunrise.

One has a deep spa tub for bubble-bath nights; both feature walk-in rain & handheld showers and lots of counter space, so everyone can get ready at once.
Cook like you’re at home:
- Fully fitted kitchen with induction hob, Le Creuset pan, Instant Pot, KitchenAid mixer and bean-to-cup coffee machine.
- We leave oil, spices, tea and fresh coffee beans and much more so you can feed hungry kids right away.

Train – 2 min by bus or an easy 10 min walk through charming town to Affoltern a.A. station. Direct trains to Zürich (28mins), Airport (42mins) and Zug(15mins).
Car – A4 motorway 3 min away; Lucerne, Rapperswil, mountain resorts and lakeside villages are easy day trips.
Walk – Supermarket, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants and local shops are all within 5 min.
Guest access:
- You’ll have the entire apartment, private terrace and reserved designated parking spaces.
- Self-check-in from 15:00 via Key Safe Box. Pin will be shared with you 24hrs before check-in.
- Checkout latest by 10am.

Summer comfort tip:
During hot summer days, keep the Velux blinds closed and run the fans to block heat. In the cooler evening air, open the windows for a quick cross-breeze. As in most Swiss homes, we don’t use air-conditioning for sustainability reasons.

House rules: Please respect the apartment and treat it like your own home. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Parties are prohibited. No loud noises after 10pm.
Check-in/Check-out: Self check-in with access to the key safe is possible. Exact details will be provided after booking. Check-in from 3pm. Check-out is until 10am.
Suitability: The apartment is perfect for up to 4 adults or a family of 4. Not suitable for large groups.

Parking: Free, secure parking is available in the garage.
