This beautiful home is fully furnished and equipped as it is my home for 6 months of the year.

- 2 Air Conditioners, 1 on main and 1 on upper floor with separate controls

• The kitchen is set up with all you need for gourmet cooking and has a beautiful view of the large backyard
• Regular coffee machine and Nespresso machine.
• Full size refrigerator and full size separate freezer
• Small appliances such as blender, vegetable chopper, toaster, kettle etc
• 10 foot island with 4 comfortable chairs
• Large recycle bin in separate cupboard under the island
• Drawer with plastic wrap, foil, baggies, recycle bags (you will need to replenish if you run out)
• Drawers with placemats, spices, food storage containers
• Doors with dishes, cookware, wine glasses including crystal, serving dishes.
• There is a door to access the upper deck / lanai area. No steps.
• There is a area off the kitchen under the stairs with a mini fridge to keep wine and beer cold as well as storage for wine
Upper Deck / Lanai
• Lanai style outdoor dining area, covered and totally screened in so you can sit out when it rains and have no bugs annoying you. The patio table can be extended to seat 8 people.
• There is access from the kitchen with no steps
• Has a ceiling fan for cooling when necessary
• Has a rocking chair to relax and look at the backyard views
• There is access to the lower deck and the backyard
Living Room
• Queen size sofa that opens up into a queen size bed
• Designer chairs and tables
• Large 55 “ TV with cable and Netflix
• Fabulous view of the back yard

• Currently the table can seat 8 comfortably but there is an extension to sit 10 people
• Hutch filled with porcelain dishes
• Wall to wall hidden cupboards filled with crystal glasses, serving dishes, candles, etc
• Separate AC on the wall for cooling the open concept kitchen, living room and dining room

• Large backyard suitable for yard games
• There are no houses behind the back yard, there is a field
• Water sprinkler system for grass and plants along the back fence, side fence and front garden
• Many perennials such as climbing roses, rose bushes, hydrangeas and hibiscus.
• I also provide annuals for the hanging baskets by the back fence and the front garden

Linen Closets
• There are 2 linen closets on the upper level. One has many linens for beds and dining table and the other has extra blankets and pillows
Guest access:
The main and upper floor are dedicated for you. The upper deck and the lower deck as well as the back yard are only for your use. The garage can be accessed from the driveway but there is limited room for a car. The basement is separately rented by long term tenants who have their own separate entrance and have their own outside patio area on the side of the house. There is a 4th bedroom on the upper level but it is locked and used for my personal effects. There is also a locked room off the kitchen as it also has personal effects.
