Stunning ocean view condo located a block away from the shore, making it a quintessential beach getaway. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, luxurious resort-style amenities, and hosted check-in with 24/7 front desk doorman, our condominium is privately gated. Enjoy a vibrant atmosphere surrounded with conveniently located nightlife, family-friendly activities, shopping, restaurants, and spas. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and groups are all welcome.
The space
Located in the beach resort city of Chile, Viña del Mar, meaning "Vineyard by the Sea", is our beachside condo built within one of Viña's luxurious high-rise buildings. With the Mare Nostrum condominium being built atop a hill, it provides the best views of the Pacific Ocean and Valparaiso than any other building in the area, with convenient funicular elevators to street level. The extensive condominium is enclosed and withdrawn from the street, only allowing access through conveniently-located private gates. 24/7 front desk doormen are easily communicated with to allow entry. Once inside you will walk through beautifully maintained grounds, with gardens and benches facing the shore.
The living room and 6-seat dining room allow you to experience enchanting panoramic views of the ocean while you dine or lounge in our modern beach themed home.
As you step out onto the private balcony, you have the option of opening the glass windows and encountering the fresh Pacific ocean breeze with indirect sunlight. The balcony also leads you into our comforting master bedroom, which gives the room extensive natural lighting during the day.
The European style kitchen is fully equipped and leads into a separated loge where you have a washer, dryer and wash sink (for those sandy bathing suits). The loge features surrounding windows that look out to the Viña's busy main avenue, "Avenida Libertad"; the main shopping center, Marina Arauco; as well as views of Valparaiso. At night, this spectacular view is painted with sparkling lights.
Guest access
The entire condo is accessible. Within the privately gated condominium, both indoor pools, gym, rooftop lounge*, sauna, racquetball court*, tennis court*, pool table*, ping pong table*, garden areas, kid's playground and two private underground parking spaces are all accessible to our guests.

The neighborhood
Leaving the condominium, you will find yourself at the beach after crossing the street. Recta Las Salinas is a well-known paved walkway, where you will find many people enjoying a morning or afternoon jog. It begins at an immense sundial with fountains alongside. It includes exercise machines along the way for you to enjoy with many playgrounds for the kids to enjoy. Half way through, there is a wonderful cafe to enjoy an ice cream or a quick lunch.
Recta Las Salinas borders Las Salinas beach where you can enjoy the placid shoreline and is perfect for swimming and sunbathing.
Marina Arauco is the most popular and biggest mall of Viña del Mar and is conveniently located a block away from the home. Here you will find restaurants, luxury stores, department stores, salon services, grocery stores, a theater, and an arcade
On the weekends, you can often find an artisanal street fair, "Paseo San Martin", near Vergara Pier, about a 15 min walk. Here you can have fun haggling with local street vendors for beautifully handmade pottery, paintings, leather goods and many more souvenirs and keepsakes.
Getting around
Both underground parking spaces are exclusively for overnight guests, visitor parking for additional daytime guests is above ground within the condominium. It is accessible with help of the front desk concierge.
Public transportation is conveniently located in the surroundings of the condominium. Taxis and Uber is also easily accessible. However, most, if not all services are within walking distance, as well as stores and restaurants.
