The space

Stylish furniture, 55in Smart TV, extending dining table set and French doors to the garden area. The property is all on one level with easy access to both bedrooms and family bathroom from the living area.
Suitable for 4 + 1 extra child. Both bedrooms have 50in Smart TVs and hotel-grade Super King beds with pocket-sprung mattresses. Both beds can convert to make twin single beds and a chair-bed is available in the larger bedroom suitable for an extra child. Maxi Cosi Iris travel cot and highchair are available on request for very small guests.
Premium home comforts include: crisp white cotton bed linen, bathroom and pool towels, eco bath and cleaning products, SuperFast Broadband, multi-room sound system, zonal lighting and underfloor heating.
Private and enclosed split-level courtyard garden has two seating areas for lounging and dining. This lovely sun trap is surrounded by Mediterranean and sub-tropical plants and comes complete with BBQ, fire pit and outdoor lighting.

Residents of Wellesley Park also enjoy access to 18 private acres of surrounding fields and landscaped gardens. Just opposite The Piggery is the fabulous indoor spa complex with a swimming pool, steam room, sauna, air-conditioned gym and reading room plus an adjacent outdoor tennis court.
Two private parking spaces have adjacent level access to The Piggery garden. Access to the property is either through the split-level garden (with 2 steps) and through french doors at the rear, or via a level path and shared courtyard with a small step at front of the property.
Other things to note:
You will be able to book (online) private 1-hour sessions for members of your group in both the indoor swimming pool/steam room/sauna area and the air-conditioned gym. Further slots are made available if unused sessions remain, on a daily basis.
Our booking system ensures complete privacy and full Covid-compliance for our guests. We ask that guests allow time to exit/enter within their 1-hour session and complete the signing-in/out book at reception.
Please note that the swimming pool has an unmonitored CCTV system and does NOT have a lifeguard. Children should be closely supervised and parents are responsible for their safety at all times.
The amenities in the spa building are for use by Wellesley Park residents only. Your exclusive sessions permit a maximum of five guests in either the pool/spa area or gym.
The estate includes a lake with nesting birds and at times sheep/lambs so please ensure the safety of your group and wildlife by not allowing anyone to enter or try to swim in the lake and by shutting gates behind you.
Eco-friendly products only should be used due to a septic tank system and we include a range of eco-cleaning and complimentary bathroom products for use during your stay.
Parking in your two private spaces at The Piggery is for private cars only, caravans and motorhomes are not permitted. Further guest parking is available adjacent to the spa building.
Wellesley Park has an electric gated entry system and we will give you the access code before your arrival. Inside The Piggery, you will find the main door keys with an electric gate fob, allowing automated access for the rest of your visit. A separate electric fob allows access to the spa building.
