• Please no shoes in the home, there is mat to place them! No running in the home!
• Please no food or drinks in the bedrooms! & Please no food or drinks on the couch!
• Please TURN OFF lights and ac / heating whenever you leave the apartment. Thermostat is on ECO & set automatically.
• WIFI is for recreational purposes only. No illegal downloads, No illegal streaming, & etc!
• No LOUD music & Be well manner and respectful of noise at late hours, Quiet hours from 10pm to 9am. This apartment is on the 2nd Floor.
• Please don't move the furniture from where it is.
• For security reasons, guests are not allowed to receive mail or packages at the VRBO location.
• All guests must complete their VRBO profile (Verified ID, Photo, etc..) / reservation info.
• I have security cameras around the outside of the home.
• If there is a smell of smoke in the apartment, I will have to charge you an extra fee /cleaning fee. The extra fee will be pay for the removal of any smell of smoke. Guest are allowed to smoke outside but not in front of the house. Please be at least 20 feet away.
• Guests only have access to 1 car parking space (no trucks allowed or commercial vehicles) & the 2FL apt. There is no backyard access.
• You must close and lock the front door when coming and going with Smart Lock. You are expected to leave the airbnb in an acceptable condition after use. Please put garbage in the proper receptacles outside, no major mess in the apt. If you spill a drink or drop food on the floor, pick it up.
• Please don't use towels to remove makeup, any damage to towels or linens you will be charged a fee.
• The space is reserved for booking guests only.
• No Unregistered Guests - Only the specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises. This can result in a violation & immediate removal of all guests (and any visitors) from the property without a refund.
• Guest Agrees To Pay for Damages Exceeding Deposit - Any damage made to property or furnishings which exceeds the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and will be reported to Airbnb.
• Additional Cleaning is an Extra Charge - At the sole discretion of the host, an additional cleaning fee can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
• Any modifications or alteration requests are subject to the same rules as the cancellation policy.
•At the moment, there is no portable crib, no safety gates for stairs, no child locks on windows, no outlet covers, & no safety hook/trap on the furniture. There are roller shades, please don't pull hard for safety purpose. Not suitable for children because of no safety features. Guests are responsible for their child(s) safety.
• No attic access. No backyard access. There are 2 locked storage rooms that the guest will not have access to.
• The Owner is NOT responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness or loss of life that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
