The Hearthside has undergone a complete renovation with no attention to detail overlooked. Stylish comfort with wood floors, vaulted ceilings, chandeliers, marble tile, stone counters and spacious rooms filled with comfortable furnishings.
This home is perfect for adult groups coming to enjoy our beautiful wine valley.
Located just outside the city limits but only a 7 minute drive to all the tasting rooms, restaurants and shopping of historic downtown Walla Walla.
The Space:
A dream kitchen with double wall convection ovens, gas range top, above range pot filler, refrigerator/freezer with ice & water dispenser, dishwasher. Lots of counterspace with prep sink, large island with full size farmhouse sink. The island comfortably seats 4 guests.
This kitchen is FULLY equipped for all your cooking and baking needs and in addition to the basics are the following tools;
Kitchenaid Mixer, Food Processer, Electric Hand Mixer, Immersion Blender, large Crock Pot, Instant Pot, Air Fryer, Vitamix Blender, Electric Griddle, roasting pan and more….
We also provide essentials such as paper towels, foil, plastic wrap, parchment paper, cooking string Ziplock bags and more…
And a well stocked spice drawer, table salt, pepper and olive oil.
The dining room is surrounded by 3 large windows that look out the back property. Enjoy the view of picturesque tall trees lining Yellowhawk Creek. The table is set for 8. We have plateware, cutlery and glasses for 12. Also, wine glasses, champagne glasses and coffee mugs.
Enjoy a coffee and espresso bar to thrill any caffeine enthusiast. The Breville Barista (manual espresso machine) with built in espresso grinder and steam wand for creating that perfectly creamy latte. Also, the Nespresso Vertuo Deluxe by Breville (automatic espresso and coffee machine). And of course, a traditional, 14 cup, drip coffee machine, French press, glass Pour Over carafe, coffee grinder and electric kettle.
We provide Nespresso coffee pods, espresso beans, coffee beans and tea.
Master Suite
A spacious room with vaulted ceiling and large windows looking onto the back patio and yard. Motorized adjustable queen bed. 4 hypoallergenic down alternative pillows, hypoallergenic down alternative comforter and cover with 800 thread count cotton sheets. Blackout shades and sound machine. Dimmer light switches.
Through the master suite, double pocket doors open to a large master bath. Heated marble floor. Two-person claw foot tub. Large, walk in, marble shower with double rain style showerheads. Dimmer switch for the above tub chandelier. This Master suite and bathroom are truly romantic!
Hall coat closet.
2nd bedroom with queen bed. 4 hypoallergenic down alternative pillows, hypoallergenic down alternative comforter and cover with 800 thread count cotton sheets. Blackout shades and sound machine.
Located off the hall is the 2nd bathroom. This is a very spacious bathroom with a vanity, tub shower combo.
The living room is in the center of the home connecting the bedrooms/bathrooms on the left side of the home to the kitchen and dining room on the right side of the home. An elegant room with vaulted ceilings, wood beams and chandelier lighting. Large windows allow a soft light to fill the room during the day and pull down shades give complete privacy in the evenings. A deep and luxuries leather couch across from an equally luxurious linen couch provides the perfect space to relax and unwind from a day of sipping wine and sightseeing.
Lower level.
Stairway with handrail lead you into the lower level of the home where you will find;
Closet with full size washer and dryer for your use.
The 3rd bathroom with walk in shower, sink, toilet.

The bonus room. This is a very large room with one side occupied with a very comfortable sectional couch with 3 motorized reclining seats and smart tv/Blu-ray DVD player with surround sound. You can log into your amazon, Netflix or apple tv account or enjoy our personal DVD collection. You will also find games, puzzles and books in this area.
The other side of this room has a custom built queen size Murphy bed. The bed is just as comfortable as the rest with a standard queen size mattress. 4 hypoallergenic down alternative pillows, hypoallergenic down alternative comforter and cover with 800 thread count cotton sheets. Blackout shades and sound machine.
We also have available upon request,
2 queen size air mattresses with bedding.
The back of the house has a large, covered patio with dining area, outdoor couches, gas grill with direct gas line. fire pit with seating, large private lawn.
Garage parking for 1 compact to midsize car and room for up to 3 more vehicles to park off street.
This home has a Keyless man door entering into the garage and through to the kitchen of the home. There are 3 additional exterior doors.
One of my absolutely favorite features of our home is the On Demand water heater. You will not run out of HOT water!
