Adventure awaits at this luxurious lakeside home nested next to the base of Mount Coolum. With enough space to sleep 10, each bedroom of the home comes with its very own bathroom. Soak up the best of what Coolum has to offer by starting your day with a sunrise hike up Mount Coolum (5-minute walk from the home) or browse the shops along the esplanade at Coolum Beach before heading to the sand for some fun in the sun (8-minute drive away).
The Space:
As you drive up to the home, you will be greeted by views of Mount Coolum to your left. Once you get to the home, watch your step as you skip across the stepping stones that lead you to the front door. The front door opens to a large living space and open kitchen complete with high ceilings. At first sight, the living area is spacious, and the kitchen is an open-plan design with a beautiful island bench and appliances galore! The living area then extends out onto a patio that overlooks a serene lake that is teeming with bird life including ducks and swans. Do keep in mind that this backyard is not fenced, please be mindful if travelling with little ones! As you walk through the home, you will come across another indoor seating area that may be opened to yet another outdoor seating location that includes dining for six. To the left of those seating areas is a bathroom and the office/bedroom five. Painted all black, this office doubles as a conference room so the transition to working away from home is smooth and easy. Upstairs features four more bedrooms, each of which has its very own bathroom so there’s no need to call dibs on who has a shower first! Each bedroom is tastefully designed with unique artwork and picturesque views of either the lake, the garden, or the spectacular Mount Coolum!
Open plan living:
Open Plan Living Room, kitchen, and dining with seating for ten. The kitchen has an island bench with four barstools, a TV, and a spacious walk-in pantry. The outdoor patio overlooking the lake has dining for six as well as two lounge chairs to relax with your morning coffee. The main living area features two 3-seater couches, two armchairs and a large 72-inch TV.
Upstairs living area:
1 two-seater couch and one 3-seater couch, 55-inch TV, ceiling fan, board games + books.
Indoor/outdoor sitting area: Two, 3-seater indoor couches, outdoor dining table with seating for six.
Laundry: Washer, dryer, sink, outdoor clothesline, and indoor clothes airer.
Master/Bedroom 1:
King bed, walk-in wardrobe, two ceiling fans and two 2-seater couches
Bathroom one: Double vanity, dual shower, and a toilet.
Bedroom 2:
Queen bed, ceiling fan, built-in wardrobe, and two-seater couch.

Double vanity, shower, and toilet
Bedroom 3: King bed, TV, balcony with seating for two, own air-conditioning unit, ceiling fan

Office/Bedroom 5:
Painted all black, this room doubles as a conference room so working away from home is an easy transition. Pull out queen sofa bed (seats two), electric blinds and workspace (desk and office chair).

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home along with a singular parking space in the garage. The driveway has space for two parked cars and there are two visitor parking spaces opposite the home depending on availability. Please note the garage is 2.1m in height.
The Neighborhood:
The home is in a gated community complete with a large 18m shared pool, outdoor gazebo, and two tennis courts. Along with views of the spectacular Mount Coolum, the home itself overlooks a beautiful lake that is teeming with wildlife.
Getting Around:
The closest beach (Coolum Beach) is great for swimming, surfing, kite surfing or paddle boarding. Easy to take a day trip to Aqua Fun Park, Australia Zoo, Underwater World Sea Life, Mooloolaba, and so many great restaurants too. Take a 30-minute car trip to Maleny, Montville, Kondalilla Waterfalls, Noosa National Park, the Sunshine Coast has plenty to explore!

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*This home backs onto a lake and has no outdoor fencing. Please be mindful if travelling with little ones!
