Upon entering the unit you will find yourself on entry level with the spare bedroom, full bath, and access to outside patio. The full bath is conveniently located to get cleaned up after a day at the beach before entering the main levels. The downstairs can also serve as a playroom for the young members of your group. Upstairs you will find a modernly designed, fully equipped, kitchen and living space. Step outside of the dining room, and enjoy a sunset off the private balcony. Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms.
