Enjoy your stay on Lake Conroe in this gorgeous, newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath lake house! The house features dual primary bedrooms with stunning lake views with attached patios as well as a Bunk room. This beautiful lake house is located directly on Lake Conroe, only steps from the waters edge. Bring your family and your boat!
Experience all that the lakeside lifestyle has to offer! The house is located on a cove, just south of all the waterside dining options. The cove is perfect for kayaking, fishing, or paddle boarding. The house is a 5-minute boat ride or drive from Waterpoint Center on Lake Conroe which features lakeside shopping and dining, as well as Papas on the Lake, and Conroe Lake House.
The house is well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, memory foam mattresses, smart TVs in each bedroom, high speed WiFi, electric fireplace, outdoor propane fire pit, remote work stations, yard games, puzzles, and board games.
Bring the kids! Our home is family friendly. It's well equipped with baby gates, PackNPlay, children's dishes, toys, bubble machine, sidewalk chalk, and a high chair. There's a neighborhood park within walking distance of the home.

Bedroom 3 (Upstairs Bunk Room) - The additional upstairs bedroom includes a bunk room with 4 twin size memory foam beds, smart tv, as well as a portable desk. Kids will love sleepovers in this room.
