This five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home abuts The Quechee Club's Highland Golf Course and all of Quechee's amenities are within a five-minute drive. A chef’s kitchen, two large living areas, a game room, and central air-conditioning make this home the ideal place for a group getaway or family reunion.
Enter the main level and be instantly greeted with a large chef's kitchen, complete with an eat-in dining and lounging nook, a formal dining room, and a great living room with vaulted ceilings. From the living room, you may enter out onto the wraparound deck, perfect for enjoying the alpine air. Also located on the main level is a primary bedroom with an en suite bath and shower, as well as a half bathroom accessible from the hallway.
Venture downstairs to the bedroom level of the home, where there is a second full-sized living room with a wood stove, and three bedrooms, including one with a full en suite bath. There is an additional bath on this level as well.
In the lofted level of the home is a bunk room with a pool table and a bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the loft and an additional sofa bed in the lower-level living room.

The Quechee Club boasts two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland) in the summer which, in the winter, provide groomed Nordic skiing trails. In addition, Quechee offers tennis, paddle tennis, skiing, and an array of options for swimmers, hikers, and fishermen. The Club House has multiple dining options as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility with indoor and outdoor pools. These Quechee Club amenities require rental packages and are available upon request from the Quechee Club directly.
Quechee is centrally located between Woodstock, Vermont, and Hanover, New Hampshire (home of Dartmouth College). Hanover and Woodstock combine the quaintness of beautiful New England villages with the cultural sophistication of a college town. Galleries, unique shops, museums, and a variety of excellent and unique dining experiences are available. Killington and Pico are approximately 30 minutes from Quechee and offer world-class skiing, mountain biking, golf, and other year-round activities.
