NOTE** The next door neighbor recently began renovating their 1,300 sqft home. The hours that they may be working are from 8am-6pm, Monday - Saturday. The noise will vary depending on what they are doing; you may hear something or not, but as hosts we wanted to be fully transparent with you

Relax and tan by the saltwater pool, grill with your family/friends, or make s'mores with the tabletop fire pit! This centrally located, luxurious 4 bedroom 3 bath house comfortably sleeps 14 people. It was completely remodeled, comes with a fully equipped kitchen, board games, and more.
The house includes a pool, grill, tabletop fire pit, Wireless Internet, Smart TV, YouTube TV Cable, and board games.
Experience luxury living with our fully equipped kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, blender, pots and pans, cooking basics, etc. From baking a cake to cooking a gourmet meal, we have everything you need to enjoy a delicious meal. When the sun is shining, use our barbecue to grill your lunch while the rest of the group refreshes in the saltwater pool; we provide a complete barbecue grilling kit so that you don't have to buy anything other than the food. And when it gets chilly in the evenings, turn on the tabletop fire pit out on our spacious patio!
After a day spent in the crystal clear water of South Beach, we will also provide clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hairdryer in every bathroom for you to enjoy in the bath.
The house comfortably sleeps 14 people - 2 on a cozy king size bed in a suite, 2 in bedroom #2, 4 more in bedroom #3, 4 in the spacious, beautiful master bedroom, and 2 on the sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. We also have a crib in the house available upon request. In addition, you will have full access to a washer, dryer, clean sheets, hair dryer, iron, and dishwasher in our home!
*The driveway fits 3 cars, 1 RV & 1 car, or 1 truck towing a boat & 1 car. There is also plenty of free street parking in front of the house.
Within 5-15min Drive: South Beach, Airport (MIA), Little Havana, Wynwood, Key Biscayne, Downtown, Design District, Coconut Grove
Walking Distance: Publix (groceries), Brickell Bars and Restaurants, FREE Metromover
Smoking is allowed outside on the backyard patio, and strictly prohibited inside the house.
Additional housekeeping during your stay is available at additional charges.

We have one Ring doorbell camera and one Ring security camera in the backyard. They record motion events periodically and are solely used for security purposes to ensure the safety of the traveler and property. There are no cameras inside the house.
