The house is characterised by its high ceilings, of more than 5 metres, which give it a great sensation of spaciousness and at the same time comfort. There is a large private garage for 2 cars and a large pantry-laundry area with washer/dryer. On the ground floor, there is the main entrance that gives access to a beautiful and spacious hall with dining room.
On the same floor there is a bright bedroom with 2 large windows, ideal for children or young people, which has a trundle bed with 2 beds of 80x200 and, next to this bedroom we find a cozy toilet. The beautiful kitchen is characterized by its spaciousness, has a table for 4/6 people and is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, hand blender, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, ..... Without a doubt, this kitchen will make you enjoy cooking in it.
The spacious and beautiful living-dining room offers a charming decoration based on natural materials such as rattan or wood, giving it a special romanticism and warmth in winter, and it is also completely open to the beautiful garden with swimming pool to enjoy it on sunny days and in summer. The dining room has a large oak table for 6 people, sofa, armchairs, Smart TV and is dominated by a beautiful electric flame fireplace that gives it a charming atmosphere for winter days.
