• In a very quiet neighborhood, the house is located only 2 mins walking distance from the Historic Memorial Park.
• During your stay you will love the basement Game Room, a perfect space to keep family & friends entertained. Game room includes a pool table and a foosball table.
• Very fast and easy access to mayor Freeways (I-10 & US 54), El Paso Airport, Ft Bliss Base, Shopping Malls and all Downtown attractions (10 minutes).
• Enjoy some of the most popular bars & restaurants of El Paso, in the very close area of Five Points (only 1 mile).
• Free parking on the driveway (up to 3 cars) and also free parking ons the street in front of the house.
• Free Wifi with fast internet in the entire place.
• Some sport and yoga items are also provided for guests use.
__ Additional Notes__
* Patio lights: there is a white cord that need to be connected to the power right on the outside wall of the mother-in-law room, in order to turn the patio lights ON. This cord is placed right behind chairs and patio furniture. Please kept it disconnected during the day and after check out. Don’t hesitate to contact hosts if you have any questions about it.
* Unfortunately washer/dryer is not provided during the stay. Actually we don’t have any washer or dryer in the house. We are working to make this amenity posible asap, once we have landlord authorization, since it will require new plumbing work and installation.
* There is a little room in the basement which is locked and used as storage, this is not a laundry room, it is only for hosts and cleaning staff use, not for guests. Please respect this rule and never try to open or unlock this room.
* The mother in law room located in the back yard is not part of the listing. This space is only used by hosts and landlord as storage. Also this room is not even habitable, reason why is always locked and is not part of the listing. Opening the room or removing any item from there will incur in house rule broken, and may cause an immediately termination/cancelation of the reservation. (Please respect our house rules)
