Only 30 minutes drive on new HOV 95 to Washington DC, faster than from Fairfax! Ten minutes drive to: Quantico military base, Stonebridge shopping center with Alamo theater, many restaurants and Wegmans food store, Potomac Mills shopping paradise, Occoquan city historic district, Prince William Forest park and Locust shade park. 30-40 min drive on HOV (need EZ pass) to Washington, National Harbor, MGM casino, Alexandria historic city. There are buses also to DC and VRE, Amtrak train stations that serves DC - Fredericksburg express train line.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and top quality cookware, regular coffee makers, blender, microwave, and toaster, air fryer, blender and many more.There is 100 Mbps FIOS wireless internet throughout the house.
The large family room with a fireplace and a bar features 65" ROKU TV. The dining and living rooms are stunning! All rooms are very spacious, you must see the master suite with a sitting room and soaking Jacuzzi tub in master bathroom and walk-in closet. Three other bedrooms and one bath and closets upstairs. All bedrooms are furnished with 1 queen,2full,1twin,2bunk beds, the master suite has king sized bed along with a sofa bed in the sitting room who is a full sized bed.Clean Bed sheets, bath towels are provided. There is also an iron, ironing board, hairdryer. The house shares tone 55” TV in the master bedroom . There is an outside deck off the rear of the house with the outdoor furniture.Huge fenced backyard offers plenty of space for outdoor activities and huge pool is for relaxation. Plenty of parking available in front of the house, in a large garage and on a driveway.There is a crib, Infant bassinet ,pack and play and children. The house is situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood. House is at the roundabout. House is covered by the Ring camera for the Security purpose.Guest access

The back yard has a lovely deck with the outdoor furniture to relax. Also Pool is cleaned and ready to jump in to enjoy the summer. No life guards are available. This pool is 10” feet deep and please stay away from pool if you or your guests and kids don’t know swimming.
