You'll love watching a good DVD movie on the large flatscreen TV. The full kitchen has small and major appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of storage for your vacation staples. Cook up a feast then serve your dinner guests at the large wood table with seating for six while the kids chatter away from the breakfast bar stools. Of course, you can always take your plate outside to the patio's dining table for an al-fresco meal. The private gas grill will make those family barbecues fun and easy, and the kids will love splashing around in the private pool during a hot summer afternoon. Get some sun on the lounge chairs then break out some fun board games for an evening of family fun. The private washer/dryer will ensure everyone's clothes stay nice and clean, so you can afford to pack light for your trip! In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
