Spacious villa for 10 people, is located in the hills of a quiet urbanization Los Rosales, with spectacular panoramic views of the mountains.
The house is distributed on two levels: on the ground floor is located the magnificent playground with billiard, table football and other entertainments.
The first floor is the living part with 4 bedrooms with one double bed. There is also a bunk bed and 1 single bed.

There are ceiling funs in the house, it is very fresh and well ventilated.
The terrace is furnished with comfortable sofas, and there is also a large table for al outdoor dinings. The barbecue is also on this level.
To access the pool, you have to climb stairs to a higher level of the plot. The pool area has hammocks, small furniture for children, and also, a spectacular panoramic view of the mountains that surround this quiet urbanization. There is a magnificent games area with billiards, table football, darts, to spend time having fun all together.
It is essential to have a car for your comfort. There is a parking space withinhouse premesis and you can also leave the car in the street next to the house.
Distance to the beach 6 km, there are also all services: shops, bars, restaurants.
We recommend this house for large families. It is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
