Livin’ the Coastal Life is a four-bedroom, two-bath channel front home located 2.7 miles south of the Garden City Pier. This home includes a fully-stocked kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher, and dining area, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Four TVs (two Smart), DVD Player, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king, two queen and two double-sized beds. A private 14-by-20-foot swimming pool, screened porch, hammock, porch swing, hot and cold enclosed outdoor shower, and floating dock complete the outdoor living space. Limited water at low tide. No smoking. Dog friendly. Limit two dogs - 70-pound maximum weight limit if bringing one dog, 50-pound maximum weight limit per dog if bringing two. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.
Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.
