Our home is a true walker's and biker's paradise, with an impressive 92 walk score and 100 bike score. Located just two blocks north of the Clinton street bike path, you'll have direct access to the East Bank Esplanade, Tilikum bridge, MAX stops, OMSI, and more. Plus, there are several bus lines within walking distance, making it easy to reach downtown Portland in just ten minutes (depending on traffic).
If you do decide to drive, there's plenty of free street parking available within just a couple of blocks of the property. Whether you prefer to walk, bike, or drive, our home is perfectly situated to help you explore all that Portland has to offer.
Other Things to Note:
My building has been fully cosmetically remodeled but the bones are still old. Although there are window AC units and a furnace, the place struggles to hold to a perfect temperature in more extreme weather.
There are approx 9 steps that you need to take to get to the building.
The walls/ceilings can also be pretty thin so please keep in mind that there will be guests in other units during your stay!
