The home was built in the 1950's and features the original pine hardwood floors and glass door knobs. It has received a complete makeover including a newly renovated kitchen. The main floor has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Upstairs has a recently renovated bonus room which features another area to relax and stream your favorite shows. It also has two twin beds. Each room has been designed with comfort and style in mind offering all the amenities you will need to make your stay enjoyable.

Exterior renovations will begin this September 2024! During the period of Sept 9 - 26 new siding will be installed. The home will be available for discounted bookings and guests will need to sign a disclosure document to ensure acknowledgment of the work planned.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking essentials, Keurig coffee maker, complimentary coffee, electric tea kettle, waffle maker and toaster. In the early morning when the sun is shining, it is the perfect time to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. Please note, the kitchen table only sits 4 people at this time.
LIVING ROOM
Stylish but cozy! Fast WIFI and a 43" Roku TV. Enjoy some time reading a book from the small library collection. There is also an air conditioner window unit for those hot summer days.
BEDROOM 1
Located at the front of the home. It includes a queen size bed, dresser, closet and mirror. An oscillating fan is available if needed.
BEDROOM 2
Located at the rear of the home. It also includes a queen size bed, dresser, mirror and dedicated work space with desk and lamp. Also available is a ceiling fan if needed.
BONUS ROOM (New)
Located upstairs off the main floor living room. It features a sofa, TV with Roku, books, board games, and two twin beds. There is also a window AC unit.
BATHROOM
A bit on the small side but still provides everything needed: shower, tub, shampoo/conditioner and body wash.
PETS
Pet friendly. $50 flat rate fee. No more than two pets are allowed. Small breeds only. Please message host when booking and specify breed. Must pick up and dispose dog waste in yard prior to departure. An additional $100 fee will be charged if failure to notify host at time of booking.
PARKING
***Please do not park in the back yard beyond the garage*** There is room for 2 cars behind the house/garage. 2 cars max per stay.

LAWN CARE / MAINTENANCE
Please note during the summer months (est. May - Oct), weekly lawn care is preformed by a 3rd party service. During this time there could be additional noise.
