Roomy 120 sqm apartment, on two levels, able to accommodate up to 9 people, located in a quiet building (not suitable for disabled people). The property is located in Limonta Alta, a village on the shores of the Lecco branch of Lake Como, in a quiet and panoramic position. Bellagio is just over 3 km away and the beaches of Oliveto Lario and Onno can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The accommodation has a panoramic balcony overlooking the lake and the mountains.

- BEDROOM I with two single beds + 2 single pull-out beds;
- BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet.

- BEDROOM II with double bed, sofa, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, sofa, chest of drawers and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with bathtub, sink, bidet and WC;
- PANORAMIC BALCONY.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, drying rack, clothes stand and two hairdryers.
Parking assigned for the exclusive use of guests for 1 normal size car. There is also a free parking area 30 meters from the property.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The house can accommodate children; however, please, pay attention to the internal stairs, without protections.
- The fireplaces (in the living room and in one of the bedrooms) are decorative and CANNOT be used.
- Bike parking or storage of sports equipment is forbidden in the common courtyard.
The apartment is all at guest's disposal.
