This private and cozy lake cabin that has been renovated and decorated with cedar planks on the walls, rustic tin on the ceilings, all new furniture including very comfortable *Cool Gel Matresses"!
The location of this lake home is approximately 1 mile from Wheeler Dam by the "Fisherman's Resort " community and only 12 mile's from Robert Trent Jones Golf Course!
This Unique Lake Cabin is on a large level lake lot that has a private gate with a coded lock, a T-shaped pier, concrete boat ramp, FREE WIFI, approximately 750 square feet with one larger bedroom that will sleep up to seven (including couch) including a queen bed, two bunk beds and a leather couch plus two full baths (one full bathroom inside the cabin and another full bathroom one can enter from outside but is also attached to the cabin (set up so that it may be used without one needing to enter the cabin). It has 7ft. ceilings with cedar boards and rustic tin on some ceilings for that rustic cabin feel. It sits on about an acre of level land (no steps) with lots of shade trees, a covered front porch, concrete picnic table, firepit, outdoor furniture, fish cleaning station (separate from cabin). There is great fishing and swimming with the water gradually sloping to approximately 7ft off of the end of the pier during peak season but navigable year round. This home is a small older cabin with a rustic tin roof that has a very cozy feeling! It has some of the most comfortable "Cool gel" medium firm mattresses available, a full kitchen with new appliances including a smooth top stove/oven, refrigerator w/icemaker, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, garbage disposal, etc. plus all kitchen cooking pots/pans, utensils, dinnerware, etc.. This cozy cabin has new everything including new leather furniture, 5 beds (One queen, four bunk beds), two flat screen smart TVs, Etc. .
This lake cabin has a very peaceful setting. The closest neighbors are approximately a 100 yards away but the cabin is positioned beside a hill on one side with the lot tapering down on the other, which also adds to the privacy and relaxing setting in addition to the private gate and fence.
I will also be offering a Brand new 2019 Bennington 20 ft. Pontoon boat with a 60 h.p. motor for approximately $300 total/8 hours currently exclusively for my guests (must be 25 or older with proof of a boating license).

All of my getaway locations are pet friendly (with a small pet fee). With no carpet, a level yard and an easily accessible lake it is a pet's and owner's ideal getaway location!
