Living Room
Relax in the inviting atmosphere of our living room, boasting a comfortable three-seater lounge. Stay entertained with a Smart TV, equipped with Disney+ and Netflix, perfect for cozy family movie nights. During colder nights, light up the wood fireplace (firewood for one fire provided) and create a warm and cozy ambience.
Kitchen and Dining Area
Whip up homemade meals in our fully-stocked kitchen, complete with modern appliances and a breakfast bar. Cooking essentials like oil, salt, and pepper are provided, along with a blender, microwave, slow cooker, rice cooker, juicer, food processor, oven, double-door fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. Cookware including tableware, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and a wok are also at your disposal.
The indoor dining area seats six, making it an ideal spot for enjoying meals with your loved ones.
Bedrooms
Every bedroom in our home is designed to be a restful haven. The Master Bedroom features a queen bed and direct access to the balcony, where you can soak in the sweeping views of our property. The two additional bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, while the fourth bedroom features two single beds, making it a charming spot for the younger guests or friends traveling together. All linen is provided to ensure a restful sleep.
Bathroom
Indulge in our stylish bathroom, equipped with a shower and bathtub with a picturesque view. Amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and fresh towels are provided for your convenience. Please note, the toilet is separate from the bathroom for added comfort and privacy.
Outdoor Space
Step outside to our expansive outdoor area, featuring an eight-seater dining table under a covered space, perfect for alfresco dining or morning coffee sessions. Relax in the two undercover hanging chairs, an ideal spot to unwind with a good book or enjoy the surrounding nature views. A BBQ with utensils and gas is provided for those evenings you want to grill under the stars.

The house features a private entrance and offers 24-hour check-in convenience via a lockbox. While you have full access to the entire house, please note that there are four other accommodations on the lower part of the property which may be occupied by other guests. Although there are no shared amenities or spaces with these guests, we kindly ask you to be mindful of their presence.
We are not on site but are readily available to provide assistance or address any concerns you might have. We aim to ensure your stay is as peaceful and comfortable as possible.

Be sure to keep your eyes peeled for the abundant wildlife that call our property home. Wallabies, wombats and a variety of birds frequently grace our grounds, offering plenty of opportunities for nature enthusiasts and photographers alike.
While our house's tranquil setting might make you feel a world away, you're just minutes from an array of attractions. Adventure-seekers will love the TreeTops Adventure Park, a short 20-minute drive away, or the adrenaline-fueled 4WD tracks at Olney State Forest, a mere 5 minutes away.
For a change of scenery, visit the vibrant town of Wyong, just 20 minutes away, or take a 25-minute drive to Tuggerah, where you can indulge in retail therapy at Westfield. Culture lovers can enjoy a show at The Art House Theatre, or for the young at heart, the Slam Factory Indoor Skatepark is a must-visit.

While a car is recommended for exploring nearby attractions, public transportation is available albeit inconsistent. There is a bus stop at the front of the property. Rideshares and taxis are not frequently found in the area but can be booked in advance. The nearest train station is Wyong Station, 20 minutes away by car.
Pets are allowed but must be respectful of wildlife, other guests and other pets. Please keep on a leash for safety of your pet and other guests, the property has unfenced access to a creek and the neighbours property has horses. Be aware of native wildlife and potential diseases and injuries including snakes and insects. Bring your pets at your own risk. The property owners and listing agent are not liable for any harm.
No vehicles of any kind are allowed on the grass. Please park in the designated parking area.
Property is suitable for children under supervision at all times, there is unfenced access to Jilliby creek, horses on the neighbouring property and other guests' pets. The Jilliby Creek Glamping Tent is not recommended for infants.
Quiet Hours are from 10pm-8am daily.
No Parties or Events at any time. Be courteous of other guests. No fireworks, guns or explosives are to be discharged on the property.
