Le Vieux Pressoir, an old farmhouse renovated with charm and modernity using eco-construction methods, will be an ideal pied-à-terre for your holidays.
Located in Pléboulle and able to accommodate up to eight travellers, it has a lovely living room, open-plan fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, bathroom (with shower and bath), mezzanine and you can enjoy a grassy plot of around 1000 m². Wifi, cleaning, we're waiting for you!
The farmhouse is ideally located in Pléboulle, in very pleasant surroundings. Local shops are a 5-minute drive away in Fréhel and Matignon.
The 170 m² dwelling spans 2 levels as follows:
Ground floor
- a 35 m² cathedral lounge with sofas, armchairs and a dining table seating 8.
- a 15 m² winter lounge with sofa and piano.

Neighbourhood
If you love peace and quiet, you'll be delighted! The house is really quiet, close to a road with very little traffic (20 vehicles/day). The first house 30 metres away is unoccupied, and the next is 100 m away.
There is only one restaurant in Pléboulle: "Chez Charly", and the post office is open in the morning. All shops, services and doctors are a 5-minute drive away in Fréhel or Matignon.
It is 2 km from the coast and 10-15 minutes by car from the beaches of Fréhel, Plévenon and Saint Cast Le Guildo, or 30 minutes by bike. It's a real middle ground between land and sea.
