Le Scarsine is a five-bedroom 250 sq.m. country house, recently built, with a private swimming pool, a large fenced garden and 5 bathrooms, ideal for up to 10 people. The ground floor has a roofed terrace complete with barbeque, which makes it great for eating outdoors, and a long arbor furnished with sofas and armchairs. The house built respecting the traditional style of Umbrian old farmhouses, is particularly recommended for groups of friends or large families.
External Area and Swimming Pool
Both the 500 sq.m. garden and the oval-shaped pool (5x10 metres, 1.5m deep) are at the front of the house and are enclosed by a fence next to the typical olive grove. The ground floor kitchen has access to a loggia with a table, chairs, a grill and a panoramic view. On one side of the house you will find a large terrace with sofas and outdoor chairs, sunshades and a hammock, which make it a perfect area for relaxing.Interior
The pavements are all in cotto tiles, whereas the ceilings are either vault-shaped or made of wood beams. The house is on two floors with an annex nearby which includes a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. The covered patio takes us to the front entrance of the ground floor, which includes a large living room complete with a fireplace and a tv, a dining room, a kitchen (complete with utensils), 1 bedroom with two beds and en suite bathroom with shower, WC. The first floor has three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with bathtub (one bathroom also has a shower and a bathtub with massaging water jets). This upper floor also has a small loggia, in which there is a living room with a charming view of the valley. The boiler is in the basement, which also has a washing machine available to the guests.
