Southière-sur-le-lac is without a doubt one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Magog! Walking through its streets will increase your sense of vacation and change of scenery. Moreover, the cottage is a member of the Association des propriétaires de Southière-sur-le-Lac (APS). "Members of the Association have privileged access to many services such as the Grande plage and Petite plage parks, the volleyball court, the children's playground, the petanque, boat and windsurfing areas, the skating rink, as well as the network of trails in the woods." The Park and the Grande Plage are only a 2 minute walk from your cottage!
