A raised patio terrace with seasonal planting contains a gas barbecue, loungers and outdoor table and chairs. Three steps down lead to the lawn, with a separate drinks patio. A small childrens' playzone has been created, with slide, swings and climbing frame. The lawn gradually slopes down, with stone steps leading down to a small separate patch, directly opposite the sea.
Parking: concrete driveway with ample parking for up to 10 cars or more if required. Fully enclosed by brick walls and an electric gate.
