Nestled in the center of the Norwichtown Historic District, this 17th century residence, Lathrop Manor, is rich in history and architectural details. Exquisite chamfered chestnut beams, wide wood floors and nine distinctive fireplaces are just some of the details found within the home. The modern chefs kitchen - designed by a classically trained French Chef - features a six burner gas cooktop, double Thermador wall ovens, a five foot wide stainless Electrolux refrigerator, two dishwashers, a center island, granite countertops and a wood burning fireplace. The spacious back patio overlooking "The Meadows" - twenty one acres of conservation land - is perfect for outdoor entertaining, wedding, and special events.

Lathrop Manor honors the builders and residents of four generations recognizing the love and care dedicated to the home since the 18th century. Each of the guest rooms is named after one of the home's illustrious former residents, four generations of Lathrop’s; Steve and Judy Plank; Lydia Huntley Sigourney and the world's most infamous traitor Benedict Arnold.
