We charge $250 extra cleaning fee for extra cleaning and deodorizing, if we find any evidence of smoking anywhere inside the house.

Our spacious master bedroom features - a King bed (80"x76"), 1 50” Large TV, a walk-in shower room, double sinks, a separate toilet room with door and a large corner bath tub.

10 twin beds can be setup as requested in the 6 bedrooms.
Plus, there is a spacious upstairs full bathroom with double sinks, a bath tub with a shower.

HOT TUB
Soak in our brand new Bueno Spa hot tub in our Spacious backyard with Trees and Flowers.
46 jets. 6 seats, 1 reclining.
Water is sanitized & filtered automatically. For your comfort, we recommend our guests to shower before and after using the hot tub.
Press Pump once to start, twice faster, 3rd time to stop.
Press light to turn on and off light in the hot tub.
Press up/down to set temp. Recommend 100-102F. 20 minutes duration.
Press & Hold Pump for 5 sec to turn off for 30 min. Light flashes before restart
Pump will be turned off after 20 minutes, light after 2 hours automatically.
Hot tub with hip and waist massage. Turn knobs to change flow directions.
HOT TUB COVER
Please always cover the hot tub when not in use.
To open:
1. Unlock 4 strips, passcode 00.
2. Turn half of the cover on top of the other half.
3. Use the metal bar to turn the cover counter-clockwise to the side of the tub
Reverse the steps and direction to close.
HOT TUB SAFETY
Children, under age 12, can only use the hot tub together with adults.
Use the locks on the 4 cover strips when children are in our vacation home. Passcode 00 on the locks.
TEMPERATURE
The US Consumer Product Commission determined that above 104F (40C) are dangerous for adults.
Guests can stay in the tub for longer duration for lower temperature.
Set lower temperature like 98F for children. Duration should not be more than 15 minutes. Children can stay in the tub for longer duration for lower temperature. Parents discretion is very important.
For women in pregnancy and guests with heart conditions, do not use the hot tub, or use it with lower temperature.
