5 Schlafzimmer Villa in San Miguel de Salinas
Beautiful 5 bedroom 3 bathroom detached villa in Blue Lagoon Villamartin Costa Blanca Spain. Fully air-conditioned throughout. This is a very large home that can comfortably sleep, 12 people. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with all appliances and a large dining area with a sofa and TV. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and 2 more bedrooms upstairs all of which are air-conditioned. The large lounge is upstairs that leads onto a beautifully furnished balcony with lovely views of the sea, there are mountain views from the rear of the lounge. There is another TV upstairs with a DVD player. Outside there is a large 9 x 5 metre swimming pool with sunbeds etc. There is a sun terrace at the front of the villa with a table, chairs, BBQ etc and another sun terrace at the rear of the villa with table chairs and sun loungers. The villa is on a secluded corner plot surrounded by a large wall and conifers giving total privacy. There are gardens all around the villa with Palm trees, olive trees, a lemon and an orange tree. There is aircon in the lounge and all five bedrooms. There is also FREE wireless internet. The villa also has all UK TV channels including Sky Sports and B.T sports.
Golf in the region: There is a choice of approximately 20 golf courses within a 40 minute drive of the villa including the Jack Nicklaus golf trail which consists of about 4 courses. There is also La Manga club about 40 minute drive away. There are 3 courses on your doorstep only a couple of minute's drive away. If you need any advice on the courses please email me as I have played quite a few of them in the region.
Beaches: The three main beaches here are La Zenia, Cala Capitan and Campoamor. All are about 5 minute drive away. My favourite is Cala Capitan as it is usually a little quieter than the others. They all have 1 or 2 restaurants on them and beach bars that also sell tapas. They have the usual jet skis, pedalos, banana rides etc. There are many other smaller coves and beaches all around the area.
Dining out: There are a few really good restaurants around serving a variety of different cuisine. Villamartin Plaza has some really nice restaurants with lots of choices. If you need any recommendations I will be only too pleased to help.
