As you enter, you’ll notice immediately the pride we take in caring for our home and the extra steps we have taken for our guests like supplying quality linens, feather pillows for each bed, quality towels and swim towels to ensure you will feel right at home. This is our home away from home and it’s our goal for our guests to have the same experience. You will truly enjoy grilling out on the gas grill on the upper glass walled deck while catching the sights and sounds of the beautiful lake. Or steal away some time for yourself while grabbing that first cup of coffee on the deck while watching the boats get started for the day. Enjoy the extras like a Keurig coffee station as well as regular coffee pot with starter premium coffees and creamer; shampoo, conditioner and body wash (spa quality no parabens/sulfates) in each bathroom; makeup wipes. The kitchen is fully furnished with utensils, quality cookware and granite countertops with stainless steel appliances. Some basic food/cooking items are already available i.e. sugar, salt/pepper, coffee, tea, flour, some spices and condiments stocked in the fridge. Each bedroom has their own bathroom suite as well as phone charging lamps or charging nightstands. The master bedroom features a king bed as well as a toddler bed and private sliding glass doors to main deck, attached bath with shower and jetted whirlpool tub with waterfall faucet. The lower-level bedroom features a king bed and attached bath with shower. There is also a pull-out queen sofa bed on the lower level. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and two twin beds as well as an attached bathroom with shower. There are also extra linens and blankets for your personal warmth preference. All furniture is brand new including high-end leather couches. Electric fireplace with blower and remote control, choose your color based on your mood. Try out the Snocone machine with syrups provided. Lower-level living room features a High-end TV built for PS5 or the new XBox X with soundbar. Bring your own game console for easy hookup. Two end tables both with phone charging stations. Two floor game rockers with speakers and LED lights. Fiber optic CoMo Connect internet provides fast WIFI internet speeds and is included in your rental price. Streaming TV’s in living room, master Bedroom, lower-level Bedroom and lower-level living room as well as DVD players in living room, master Bedroom, lower-level bedroom and including a collection of DVDs. There are also board games to challenge each other, cards, color books/crayons or snuggle up with a novel from our reading collection. The full size washer and dryer are located on the lower level and starter laundry pods, scent boosters, detergent and dryer sheets are also furnished as well.
Dock to your hearts content: 3 Boat Slip sizes 12 x 42, 10 x 28, 10 x 22 and 2 PWC lifts Rent a boat or BYOB (bring your own boat). 8,000 polylift set up in 12 x 42 slip for pontoons, or if you do not want to use the lift, can park a v-bottom boat in the slip. Easy to use Wetsteps into lake, a high dive platform, and chaise lounge chairs. Power and water on Dock, WIFI (hardwire from your Laptop or WIFI), filtered drinking water, small Fridge, various Swim noodles, several swim vests from Toddler to Adult, 2 Kayaks, covered sitting area with 6 chairs and table, fish cleaning sink. If you like to fish you can catch plenty of crappie right off the dock along with occasional bass and catfish as the dock is on deep water.
7-10 minutes to 2 grocery stores and 15 minutes to one of largest grocery stores at the Lake, 16 popular restaurants (Vals, Redd's BBQ, Mystic Dragon, Chances R, Carmelita's, Shrimp Daddy's, Vinny's Cafe, The Tavern at Trails End, Sonic, Subway, Donut Shop, Taboo Grill, Phat Sals, Whiskey Dicks Bar & Grill, Sunrise Cantina, Macdaddys on the Lake) within 7-20 minutes from the house as well as several coffee shops, bowling alley, movie theater, boutiques and a hardware store. A couple coves over from Bear Bottom Resort which has a boat ramp, water slides for kids and fireworks on Saturday nights in the summer you can watch from the deck or dock. Shootout race practices in front of the house. By water, take the boat to several near restaurants: Larrys on the Lake 31 Mile Marker (MM), Captain Ron's 34.5 MM, where you can listen to live music while enjoying a meal or drink or relax on their beach. Bear Bottom at the 38 MM, Boondockz is at the 45MM, Lazy Dayz at the 45 MM, Big Dicks at the 47 MM, Red Fox at the 50 MM, Moonies at the 59 MM.

Our home is smoke and vape free as well as pet free with a minimum rental age of 25. Please, if you are seeking a rental for a loud party, keep on looking as we will not accommodate at this location because we love our neighbors. There are two external cameras onsite for security both directed at the exterior only of the home. 1 facing the back driveway and 1 facing the dock. Note Fireworks are not allowed on the property or dock.
