Step inside this very inviting and peaceful home and discover an open-concept floor plan with a large living area warmed by a wood-burning fireplace. The well-equipped, island kitchen boasts a variety of updated appliances including a large capacity refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser, and a six-burner/twin-oven professional grade gas stove. You'll find plenty of prep space and all the accessories and utensils you need to create your favorite recipes. Gather in the adjacent dining area for mealtimes or rainy day board games, and then head down to the basement for a little friendly competition at the foosball and Ping-Pong tables.
When you want to venture out and explore, borrow the rowboat or the provided kayaks and drop in from the dock or rent a boat in North Hero for a day of fishing on the lake (several life preservers are included for your safety). You'll also find shopping and dining options in town, while a variety of local vineyards can be found within a few miles of this property.

Things to Know
This house has town-supplied tap water. It does not come directly from the lake as many other homes on the Champlain Islands do.
Access to the dock is dependent on the lake's water level and this can fluctuate throughout the year.
There is free parking for four cars.

Check out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Dock details: **As of the 7/11/23 storm/rain/flood the lake water levels have risen and water is covering the dock making it unavailable for use at this time.

Guests can put their boat in the water at North Hero Marina (5 miles drive by vehicle) and moor it at the dock at this home. Depth at dock varies between 4-5', dock length is between 20-25'. Guests can park their trailer at the house next to the bulkhead. Driveway is about 100' long.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
