When not enjoying the newly renovated home with a vaulted ceiling great room and a desk and flat screen TV in each room, you can swim, float, kayak, or paddleboard in the quiet, secluded cove, or enjoy the 9 beaches or 2 community pools. Catch fish off the dock in one of the best fishing coves on the lake, and then warm up at night by the fire pit .

The space
Beautiful, newly renovated lakefront property with 3 large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, each room with it's own flat screen tv and desk/workstation. All original artwork throughout the house with original paintings and photography of the owner. High speed wifi is available throughout the house that reaches all the way to the dock which includes an outlet.

Two bedrooms have memory foam king mattresses and the "kids'" room with 2 sets of bunk beds and a giant bean bag, and of course, gorgeous views of the lake from the loft and main living room.
Well-behaved, trained dogs are welcome. We have extra dog bowls available for your stay.
The home is part of a gated community with 24/7 security, so guests can feel safe and comfortable, enjoying the peace and tranquility the community has to offer.
Close to farms, wineries, Fredericksburg, Charlottesville, and more.
Guest access
You have access to the entire property and the water toys, hammocks, fire pit and Adirondack chairs, and can float in the lake from the property or use one of the 9 beaches for deeper water swimming. Use of the pool is available to guests as well, though will require a small guest fee after the first two (two guests are free). The community also has a PGA golf course and equestrian center, along with parks, playgrounds, and walking trails.
Other things to note
Our cove is quiet, and mostly shallow water with a soft floor. The cove is great for fishing, floating on a noodle or raft, wading, checking out the turtle cove rocks usually filled with lots of turtles, kayaking or paddling around turtle island into the main lake, or simply sitting by the water and enjoying nature. All the beaches are great for deeper water swimming.
We have friends in the community that keeps their motor boat on our dock, and they may come by and use it while you're there. They'll never enter the house but you may see them park and then walk to the dock.
We will need each guests name (and how many are minors) to register them with the community prior to the visit.
