Come and celebrate your anniversary, wedding honeymoon, or birthday, and watch the sunrise or sunset right from any of the two top balconies. Just from the beach lake, sit by the fireplace and roast smores, or relax on the couple's hammocks. If you just want to relax and disconnect, there is no quieter place like our LakeVilla. Yes, you can use all the items examples; robes, slippers, any snacks, water bottles/Ice in fridge and recreational boats etc. There are "NO'additional fees for the use of anything extra set up at the property. Feel at home.
***Where are you located? We are 19 minutes south of Gainesville, 20 minutes north of Hawthorne, FL, 40 minutes North of Ocala, FL, 7/10 Minutes south of Keystone Heights & Stark, 22 Minutes north ofPalatka, Fl,1hr and 15 minutes southof Jasonville, Fl.
Do you offer long term stays? Absolutely, we do offer a discount for booking 28 days or more plus we do offer discounts for booking 7+ days as well.
Can I check in early? "If" the property is ready you can most definitely check in early. Please do not show up early and expect to be let in as your digital code will not activate until you receive a message from the host.
Can I check out late? Yes, We do charge an additional fee after checkout time (10:00AM) and the time limit if you need to stay longer will be determined/confirmed by your host. Please understand we do have cleaners coming in to get the house ready for our next guests and need to have the place completely empty.
